Hier mengen chique nieuwe restaurants, penthousebars, boetieks en boutiquehotels zich met de Aziatische bodyworksalons en talloze groothandels in namaakjuwelen en de manicurezaken die de buurt rijk is.

Het park dat bekend staat als Madison Square (vernoemd naar de
(president en belangrijkste auteur van de Amerikaanse Grondwet) bevindt zich op de kruising waar Fifth Avenue en Broadway elkaar even kruisen in de richting van het centrum, om vervolgens gescheiden te worden door de voorsteven van het Flatiron Building aan 23rd Street.
