We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In order to ensure your package is delivered safely and correctly, expedited packages are shipped with SIGNATURE REQUIRED upon delivery. Shipping options are displayed on the page before checkout. All orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Orders will be shipped once fully processed.

International Shipping
Bondno9.com ships international via PayPal.
Flat rate shipping costs are $150.00 USD and are subject to change based on quantity orders.
Please note that customers are liable for import tax based on the country of import.
Gift Wrapping
All online orders chosen to be gift wrapped arrive beautifully packaged in elegant white gift paper and tied with Bond No. 9's signature ribbon with gold inlay.
Gift wrapping charges are $9 per item. Please be sure to select the "Gift Wrapping" option during checkout.
You may add a message to be included in your gift package in the "Gift Message" comment box.
Expedited orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday)
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased at www.bondno9.com can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment.
To initiate a return, please email orders@bondno9.com with your name & order number. They will send a return/exchange form that is to be filled out & included in your return package. Please send back the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to the address listed below, along with the return form.
In addition, If you received a gift with purchase, not including samples, it must be returned to qualify for a refund.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products. Please note that the delivery costs won't be refunded.
