Here at Bond No. 9, we have an admission to make. We've been remiss! Through the 14 years we've called Bond Street home, we named one New York-centric cent after another for local streets, parks and neighborhoods - from Riverside Drive to Coney Island. But w neglected Lafayette Street, right on our corner. A broad thoroughfare that cuts a swath through Downtown’s most iconic neighborhoods, including Little Italy, Soho and Chinatown, it’s in serious revival mode today. Not only are The Public Theater and Joe’s Pub in full swing, but millennials line up daily, for hours and hours, outside Lafayette Streets of-the-moment restaurants. One of the world’s hottest sneaker and athletic-minded stores, meanwhile, as well as a youth-culture skateboard shop are drawing way-beyond-capacity crowds here.

So now seemed the perfect moment to celebrate our reinvigorated Lafayette Street.

This eau de parfum is a smooth ultra-male fougere (which women will adore). Heavy on natural ingredients, it opens with a light kick of fresh flowers mingled with citrussy bergamot and its sassy cohort, coriander. Next, a heart of velvety ambergris-like ambroxan and tasty vanilla. The lingering base? Dry wood, almond-y tonka ban and warm, grey amber.
