There is seldom a fragrance that makes me speechless upon smelling it. This one did the trick. Let me tell you why. Harrods Oud Patchouli opens up with a fiery and passionate Oud note. It feels like the Oud is actually burning, as it features a rubbery Wood smell, that I never experienced before. Right after the opening, an accord made of syrupy Rose and cool Myrrh starts to take over the composition. Together with the Oud and an earthy Patchouli, it lends the fragrance a resinous, fruity, smoky, and Woody feeling. An awesome scent that really does remind me of Dubai.
