Sales Operations:
Planning and day to day management of sales related functions including replenishment forecasting, new launches, special events, pop ups, basic orders, collateral, testers, damages and returns, item set up and communication with our retailers on such.
Reporting: develop, manage, and report fiscal weekly retail sales, net shipment plans, sales team employee bonus, and account P&Ls to the account and door level to drive sales and profitability.
Managed all EDI and non-EDI orders, coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse, follow up on any issues
Logistics/Supply Chain:
Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Responsible for working with and coordinating activities of multiple warehouses and 3PLs.
Visiting warehouses and 3PLs monthly or as needed.
Inventory management, procurement, tracking, receipt of goods.
Physical audits and cycle counts as needed.
Work with all Bond No.9 warehouses & 3PLs on system integration, reporting and operational needs to ensure strong processes are in place.
Management of quality control procedures and training including follow up with vendors on any QC issues that arise to achieve resolution.
Creation of new and standardized systems and policies as needed to run the company more efficiently and effectively.
Human Resources:
Work with Head of Sales Operations on new employee onboarding
Qualifications:
Must have at least 5-7 years of sales & operations experience in the beauty industry.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and process improvement.
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is a plus
